Trẻ em 1 – 2 tuổi sẽ tính phí 2.000 JPY cộng thuế khi sử dụng giường có sẵn. Children 1 – 2 years old will be charged JPY 2,000 plus tax when using existing bed. Additional JPY 1,100 plus tax will be charged if extra bed is needed.
Children 3 – 6 years old will be charged 50% of the adult price with extra bed and meal included.
Children 7 – 12 years old will be charged 70% of the adult price with extra bed and meal included.

Guests arriving after 06:00 PM are requested to contact the property directly prior to arrival.
Guests who reserved a room with dinner must check in before 06:00 PM or dinner cannot be served and no refund provided.
The room type Yuraku Japanese Style Room with 12 Tatami can accommodate a maximum of 5 people including children. Child fees will be applied accordingly upon guests' arrival.

• Reservations are required for private bath/onsen. Reservations can be made by contacting the ryokan prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation.
• The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc. ). Additionally, lodging proprietors are required to photocopy passports for all registering guests and keep the photocopy on file.
• Please note that some properties do not permit guests with tattoos to use the onsite public bathing facilities.
