Nature View suites are located in the Zen Grand section, located .75 miles (1,207 meters) from the beach, and are near the convention center, spa, and pool. Access to the beach and other sections of the property is provided via a 24-hour hotel shuttle. Ambassador suites are located around the resort's main infinity pool. Grand Class Ambiance facilities (restaurants and swimming pool) are reserved for adults and children age 12 and older only.
