Tất cả các đặt phòng TTogether phải được thực hiện 7 ngày trước ngày đến. Sau khi nhận được yêu cầu đặt phòng, khách sạn sẽ tiến hành đặt phòng và gửi xác nhận khách sạn cũng như liên kết thanh toán. Xin lưu ý rằng giờ làm việc của khách sạn là từ 08:00 - 18:00. nếu đặt chỗ được gửi sau 18:00 giờ, đặt chỗ của bạn sẽ được phản hồi và tiến hành vào ngày hôm sau. (Nội dung này đã được máy dịch.)

Trẻ em từ 0-11 tuổi phải sử dụng thêm giường phụ. Quý khách sẽ phải trả thêm phụ phí nếu sử dụng thêm giường phụ.

Children 4-11 years old will be charged THB 400 for breakfast per day.
Children under 4 years old will receive breakfast free of charge.
Please present the same credit card used to guarantee your booking when checking in and making a payment at the property. The additional guests (12 years and above) will be charged THB 1900 per person per night inclusive of breakfast only when sleeping in an existing or an extra bed and will have to be paid separately at the property. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay.
The room rates are based on single or double occupancy. Charges apply to additional guests.
The accommodation upgrading project will be underway from May 15th, 2025 to October 2025. Other hotel facilities, outlets, and swimming pools will operate as usual.
The property will be undertaking accommodation-upgrading project. Some of the property Deluxe Garden View rooms will be closed from May 15, 2025 through to October 31, 2025. The working hours will be restricted to 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM daily to minimize any inconvenience during this time, as all work being carried out is internal only. Other property facilities including pools operate as normal. |

Special check-in instructions
This property offers transfers from the airport (surcharges may apply). To arrange pick-up, guests must contact the property 48 hours prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. The credit card used to book the reservation must be presented by the cardholder at check-in
