Giờ hoạt động trung chuyển bằng tàu cao tốc là từ 08:00 sáng đến 04:00 chiều. Những khách đến sau 04:00 chiều phải nghỉ qua đêm ở Phuket hoặc Krabi, và sắp xếp dịch vụ trung chuyển vào ngày hôm sau. Chỗ nghỉ cung cấp dịch vụ đón khách bằng xe hòm và xe buýt nhỏ từ sân bay/khách sạn từ 06:00 sáng đến 04:00 chiều. The operating hours for the speedboat transfers are from 08:00 AM to 04:00 PM. Guests arriving after 04:00 PM are required to stay overnight in Phuket or Krabi, and arrange for the transfer service on the following day.The property provides a pick-up service via limousine and mini bus from the airport/hotel between 06:00 AM and 04:00 PM. This property offers transfers from the airport (surcharges may apply). To arrange pick-up, guests must contact the property 72 hours prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation. If you are planning to arrive after 2:00 PM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. For any questions, please contact the property using the information on the booking confirmation. This property is only accessible by boat. Scheduled airport shuttle or limousine pick-up service (surcharge, nonrefundable) to the piers operate between 6 AM and 4 PM. Transfer boats (surcharge) run at the following scheduled times: Depart from Paradise KohYao to Yacht Haven Marina (Phuket) at 9:30 AM and 3 PM; depart from Yacht Haven Marina (Phuket) to Paradise KohYao at 11 AM and 4 PM; depart from Paradise KohYao to Tha Len Pier (Krabi) at 1:30 PM; and depart from Tha Len Pier (Krabi) to Paradise KohYao at 2 PM. Guests arriving at the airport after 4 PM must arrange transfer for the following day. To make transfer arrangements, This is a certified Thailand SHA Plus property. Thailand SHA Plus is a health and safety certification (an additional level to the SHA standard), for properties that are open to vaccinated travelers and have at least 70% of staff vaccinated, issued by the Amazing Thailand Safety and Health Administration.
