[Free parking in the building]
- Underground tower parking lot (total of 120 cars)

- Not available: SUVs (including Kona, Ray, Casper), large vehicles (Genesis G90, G80, Benz S-Class, BMW7, Starex, Carnival, etc.)
- Please check in advance if parking is available.
- If mechanical parking is not available or the parking lot is full, please use a nearby public parking lot. (At your own expense)
- Check if there are any empty spaces in the flat parking space on the first basement floor. If there are none, you can come out of the first floor and park on the street.
- You will be fined for parking in the disabled parking space or electric charging space, so please never park.
- We are not related to the management office staff on the first basement floor. If you have any questions, please contact us.
- If you have difficulty parking in the mechanical parking lot or have difficulty with parking, please contact us

You will be charged a KRW 100,000 fine for smoking.

The cleaning service during the stay is not included in the cost of the stay.
If you want to clean the room, the additional fee is KRW 20,000.

[Cleaning during your stay]
-The cleaning service (full cleaning, bedding change) fee is not included in the accommodation fee. Therefore, our accommodation does not provide cleaning service during your stay.

The property is a residence-type hotel.
This is a residence building, so the customer can cook and wash, and there is a terrace, so the customer can use it conveniently.
This is not a regular hotel format, so please refer to it.

There is the Morning Madrid lobby outside next to the entrance on the first floor. the customer can come and leave the luggage freely before check-in or after check-out. And if the customer need anything or have any questions, you can come comfortably. We will kindly guide the customer!

- All rooms are for 2 people, and there is an additional charge for more than 2 people. It's KRW 15,000 per person per night. (Superior Queen's Room is not allowed to stay more than 2 people)
- Bedding is extra. Bedding additional set: topper + bedding (sheet + bed + pillow) = KRW 20,000 won regardless of the number of days of stay)
