Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. For any questions, please contact the property using the information on the booking confirmation. All guests including children must show a valid passport. This is the only form of identification that is accepted at this property.

- Late check-out fee: 25 percent of room rate (subject to availability)
- Crib (infant bed) fee: CZK 300.0 per night
- Rollaway bed fee: CZK 1190.0 per night
