Special check-in instructions
Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. For any questions, please contact the property using the information on the booking confirmation. Due to renovations, swimming pool and Ming Pavilion is not available from September 2, 2024 to September 8. 2024. Disposable plastic tableware and other plastic products are available at the front desk (surcharge). The guest checking in must be the same guest who booked the reservation, and the name on the ID must match the name on the booking. The property reserves the right to refuse name changes on reservations. Guests who book breakfast-inclusive rate plans will receive breakfast for guests age 12 and older.
