An accommodation deposit or incidental guarantee is required once checking-in. This allows guests to enjoy hotel services and products such as dining at restaurants, using the mini-bar, booking services like limo or room service with payment deferred until check-out. If a guest skips the check-out process without settling their bill, the deposit will be deducted, with the guest's consent, to cover any outstanding charges. This deposit is primarily for provisional approval. If the security deposit is made via credit card pre-authorization, the hold will be automatically released back to the credit card within 21 days (depending on the issuing bank) if no charges are incurred. Pool 1 is an adult's pool. Children below 16 years old are not allowed at Pool 1.
Specific to the Deluxe Pool Access Rooms, the minimum age of children allowed is 6 years old due to safety reasons. Otherwise, a consent to bear all the risk shall be signed by parents who are staying at this room category with younger children.
The property requires a refundable security deposit for charges or damages during the stay. The amount depends on the length of stay and/or size of room booked.
