An advance registration is required with full name, date of birth, nationality, passport number or ID, visa expiry date for all Passengers. A valid passport or ID is required upon check-in on board.
Bus transfer or private car transfer is subjected to extra charges. Guests are required to provide the hotel name, address and contact number in Hanoi at least 24 hours in advance for the pick-up service. Please contact the cruise in order to be arranged pick-up service.
The property provides round trip shuttle bus service between Hanoi and Halong at an additional charge. Please contact the property for more information.
Please be informed about check-in time restriction and requirement as below:

The cruise embarkation starts at between 12:00 PM - 12:30 PM (noon) at Halong Paloma Office, at Vinashin Wharf, No 6A Le Thanh Tong str, Hon Gai, Ha Long City, Quang Ninh, Vietnam. (The office is opposite Phù Đổng Restaurant). Later check in can be arranged by tender boat (extra charges applied).

It is the regulation for cruises to register guests’ information with Halong Bay Management Authority and Port Authority Permits at least 24 hours in advance of cruise boarding date. So the following information must be submitted to cruise staff at least 24 hours prior to the boarding date. Otherwise the guest may not be allowed to be onboard.

The information need to be submitted: full name, gender, date of birth of each member, passport number, nationality, Vietnamese visa – if required, valid date of visa.
Please note that all-inclusive package will start at lunch time and will finish after lunch on day of departure and includes:

The room rate does not include bus transfer or private car. The bus or private car picks up the guests from hotels located in Hanoi Old Quarter Area or some hotels near Westlake. The pickup time at hotels in Hanoi Old Quarter is at between 7:30 AM - 8:00 AM, at hotels in Westlake is at between 7:10 AM - 7:30 AM. Outside this area, the guests will be picked up at Paloma Office (3rd floor, 37 Le Van Huu Street, Hoan Kiem, Hanoi). The drop off time at hotels after cruise finishes is at 4:30 PM - 5:00 PM every day. |

Guests will be asked to provide the property with a copy of their passport before arrival. Guests must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions. This cruise ship's itinerary includes the following: Arrive at Halong International Port, Halong City, Quang Ninh by noon for embarkation. During a Vietnamese lunch, sail to South East Halong Bay, pass Hon Gai, Cam Pha, Oan Lagoon, Monster Head and Teapoit islets. Visit Thien Canh Son cave for Halong Bay views from a 100-stair climb, then return to the boat for swimming, sunbathing, and a sunset party. End the day with dinner and evening activities aboard the ship. Day 2: After Tai Chi on the sundeck and a light breakfast, explore Vung Vieng Village and Pearl Farm. After check-out, lunch is served as the ship returns to Hon Gai Harbor by 11:45 AM. Shuttle bus services transport guests to Hanoi by 4:30 PM. Guests must contact this cruise ship 2 days in advance to arrange transportation from Hanoi- Old Quarter or Hanoi Opera House, which is 4 hours away by car. A roundtrip daily transfer from Hanoi to Ha Long departs between 7:30 AM and 8 AM, at USD 30 per passenger. Following the cruise, a van will transport guests back to Hanoi.
