The front desk is open during the following times:

• Sunday - Thursday: 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM

To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 48 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. Prior to arrival, guests must complete online registration with the property via a secure link. Guests will be asked to provide the property with a copy of their government-issued photo ID before arrival. Guests will receive an email 24 hours before arrival with check-in instructions and key retrieval information. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. At check-in, guests must provide either a negative COVID-19 test result or a record of full COVID-19 vaccination.

Know Before You Go

• Pool access available from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
• Up to 2 children 14 years old and younger stay free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding.
• Only registered guests are allowed in the guestrooms.
• The property has connecting/adjoining rooms, which are subject to availability and can be requested by contacting the property using the number on the booking confirmation.
• The property allows pets in specific rooms only and has other pet restrictions (surcharges apply and can be found in the Fees section). Guests can arrange to bring pets by contacting the property directly, using the contact information on the booking confirmation.
• Cashless payment methods are available for all transactions.
• Contactless check-in and contactless check-out are available.
• At check-in, guests must provide either a negative COVID-19 test result or a record of full COVID-19 vaccination.

Fees

• Pet deposit: USD 250.00 per stay
• Pet fee: USD 32.70 per pet, per night
• Service animals are exempt from fees
• A late check-out fee will be charged
