If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform the hotel in advance to arrange check-in.Please note that guests should inform the property of their flight schedule and arrangements.Please note that for reservations up to 7 nights, only 1 cleaning and 1 change of towels will be done. For reservations with 8 or more nights 2 cleanings, 2 changes of towels and 1 change of linen will be done. Additional cleaning or change of towels and bed linen will have a surcharge of EUR 15 per service.Please note that WiFi connection is only available at the reception area.Please note that all apartments have different furnishings and decor.Please note the following front desk timetable:From 1 October until 30 March:Monday to Friday: 10:00 - 12:30 / 14:30 - 17:00Saturdays: 10:00 - 12:00Sunday and Bank Holidays: ClosedFrom 1 April until 30 September:All days: 9:30 - 12:30 / 14:30 - 18:00Guests that have check-in and check-out on days that the front desk is closed, will have their service guaranteed when informed the arrival time in advance. Please contact the property directly.Cats are not allowed.The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, an alternative payment method will be provided.Please note that pets are only accepted upon request and at an extra fee of EUR 7 per night.
