Please note that only registered guests are allowed in guest rooms, and non-guests are prohibited from accessing these areas. All rooms are non-smoking, with smoking permitted only in designated areas; a $60 cleaning fee will be charged for violations. The use of cannabis, vaping, or any drugs is strictly prohibited by Cambodian law and on our property. Guests in dormitories are expected to maintain a respectful environment by keeping noise to a minimum, behaving appropriately, and refraining from intoxication or drug use. Food and drinks, other than drinking water, are not allowed in dormitories or rooms, and violations will incur a $25 cleaning fee. Guests are required to bring their own padlocks for lockers and safety boxes in dormitories, as the hotel is not responsible for valuables or money lost, stolen, or damaged inside or outside the safety box. Please use the safety box near your bed in dorms or at the front office for valuables. Firearms are strictly prohibited on the premises. Companions are welcome in private rooms, but all guests must have a valid ID, passport, and visa. To ensure safety, please inform our team about companions, who are not permitted in dormitories. Consider upgrading to a private room—ask our team for great deals! No pets are allowed on the property. Free accommodation is provided for one child under five sharing a bed with parents in a private room. Due to limited space, we cannot provide extra beds. Children under 18 are not permitted in dormitories unless the family reserves the entire dorm room. Charges apply for any breakages or damages in dormitories or rooms. All guests must have a valid passport and visa at check-in per Cambodian regulations. As a social, party-friendly hotel, we host special events with music that starts as early as 4:00 PM and concludes by 10:00 PM. For monthly special events, music wraps up by 10:30 PM.
