Reservations of 3 rooms or more are subject to special conditions. A prepayment is required by bank transfer. Once the reservation is made, the property will contact the guests to provide the necessary instructions.People traveling to Colombia with minors under 18 years of age must present the minor's birth certificate and an identity document with photo (passport for international guests) upon check-in. If the visitor is a relative or legal guardian of the minor, a travel consent signed before a notary by both parents and a photocopy of their identity documents must be presented. If only one parent is traveling with her child, a travel consent signed before a notary by the absent parent must be presented. If you plan to travel to Colombia with children, you must request the corresponding information from the Colombian consulate before traveling.Breakfast is not included for young children staying free of charge if their parents or guardians use existing beds. • You may be required to pay VAT (19%) at the property. Nonresident travelers who pay using a foreign card or bank transfer and present a valid passport and tourist visa may be exempt from value-added tax (19%) on tourist package bookings (accommodation plus other travel service).

We have included all charges provided to us by the property.

• Early check-in fee: 100 percent of room rate (subject to availability)
• Late check-out is available for a fee (subject to availability)
• Rollaway bed fee: COP 60000.0 per day
