Know Before You Go

• Reservations are required for massage services. Reservations can be made by contacting the ryokan prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation.
• Children 1 year old and younger stay free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding.
• The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc. ). Additionally, lodging proprietors are required to photocopy passports for all registering guests and keep the photocopy on file.
• Please note that some properties do not permit guests with tattoos to use the onsite public bathing facilities.

Welcome to Beppu hot spring. It's a traditional hotel located in Beppu. The first charming point is a wealth of hot spring and large open-air bath on a day-by-day rotating basis for males or females. Last year we have opened the guest rooms with running hot spring bath on the royal floor has received good reputation from our guests and known as adult retreat. Offers original tea-ceremony dishes cooked with rich and varied mountain food and seafood. Please enjoy your stay at this traditional atmosphere hotel surrounded by silence but in a walking distance from JR Beppu station.
