The front desk is open daily from 8 AM - 8 PM. This property doesn't offer after-hours check-in. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. For any questions, please contact the property using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests booked in Half Board rates must check-in by 6 PM to receive dinner. Meals are not included in the Half Board rate for children age 5 and younger. Additional fees of JPY 5,500 per child, per day apply and are collected at the property. Half board meals for children age 5 and younger must be pre-booked at least 3 days prior to arrival. Requests for children's meals after check-in cannot be accommodated. Requests for dietary restrictions, including vegetarian meals, or food allergies cannot be accommodated.
