Special check-in instructions
The front desk is open daily from 8:00 AM - 10:00 PM. Guests will receive an email 72 hours before arrival with check-in instructions. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. Guests booked in Half Board rates must check-in by 6 PM to receive dinner.

Know Before You Go

• The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc. ). Additionally, lodging proprietors are required to photocopy passports for all registering guests and keep the photocopy on file.

“Galleria Midohara” is located on a hill overlooking Beppu, and you can enjoy the hot springs of Hotta Onsen, which is a slightly acidic hypotonic high hot spring and sulfur spring in each room. There are 35 guest rooms with a natural hot spring and an open-air bath. A restaurant and bar space serving grilled dishes are on site, and the terrace in the lobby offers a spectacular view of Beppu Bay. We also plan to install artworks created exclusively for this hotel in various locations throughout the facility.
