- Only registered guests are allowed in the guestrooms.

- Fee for continental breakfast: approximately PHP 300 to 500 for adults, and PHP 300 to 500 for children
- Airport shuttle fee: PHP 500.00 per vehicle (one-way, maximum occupancy 11)
- Airport shuttle fee per child: PHP 400.00 (one-way), (up to 18 years old)
- Pet fee: PHP 500 per pet, per night
- Early check-in fee: PHP 350 (subject to availability)
- Late check-out fee: PHP 350 (subject to availability)
- Rollaway bed fee: PHP 900 per night
