The property strictly enforces a no-party or no excessive noise policy after 10:00 PM. If non-registered guests or groups that exceed the number of permitted guests per apartment, the management considers this as a party and reserves the right to ask guests to vacate the premises.
We welcome up to two small pets (weighing up to 14kg and standing up to 25cm tall) per room.
All pets must comply with local Health and Safety Codes, as well as applicable laws and regulations.
A fee of SGD 20.00++ per pet, per day (or SGD 300.00++ per pet, per month) applies, and all fees are subject to prevailing government taxes. Additionally, a cleaning fee of SGD 100.00++ will be charged at the end of your stay.
