Please be informed that this property is undergoing refurbishment. There will be ongoing renovation works on weekdays from 9am to 6pm, and do expect some noise disturbance. The serviced residence remains operational and facilities such as the swimming pool and gym are open with safe measures. For the time being, children’s playground and playroom are temporarily closed. We apologise for any inconvenience.

The main guest must to be at least 18 years old to check-in.
The main guest 17 years old and under will not to be accepted for the check-in.

With effect from 1 February 2022, Vaccinated-differentiated Safe Management Measures (VDS) in Singapore will be expanded to cover leisure guests in hotels. Only fully vaccinated individuals will be able to check in to the hotel to stay. This does not apply to children 12 years or under.

Please be informed that there is ongoing renovation work at the property vicinity with expected completion by Q1 2023. This renovation work will take place from Monday to Saturday from 09.00 AM to 07.00 PM with some noise disturbance.


The serviced residence remains operational with facilities such as the swimming pool and gymnasium will be open with safe management measures. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

This property may accept guests arriving via Air Travel Pass (ATP), Reciprocal Green Lane (RGL), and Vaccinated Travel Lane (VTL). Guests issued with Stay-Home-Notices cannot be accommodated.

Guests will receive an email 24 hours before arrival with check-in instructions. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. This property provides housekeeping services Monday-Saturday. Housekeeping is not available on public holidays.
