Việc thanh toán tiền đặt cọc có thể bằng tiền mặt đối với khách nước ngoài, chuyển khoản vào tài khoản BCA của chúng tôi đối với khách du lịch Địa phương. Đối với du khách nước ngoài, việc hoàn trả có thể được thực hiện bằng tiền mặt từ 10 giờ sáng đến 12 giờ trưa. Đối với du khách địa phương, việc hoàn tiền có thể được thực hiện bằng cách chuyển trở lại cùng một tài khoản đã ký gửi trong vòng tối đa 2 ngày làm việc kể từ ngày trả phòng.

Trẻ em từ 3-12 tuổi được miễn phí nếu sử dụng giường sẵn có. Quý khách sẽ phải trả thêm phụ phí nếu sử dụng thêm giường phụ.

Trẻ sơ sinh dưới 3 tuổi được miễn phí nếu sử dụng giường sẵn có.

Check in Policy:
The guest should contact us at the number stated in the voucher prior the arrival to avoid long waiting time at the lobby.

DEPOSIT policy.
We required a security deposit of Rp. 250.000 for a Superior or a Deluxe Studio unit, Rp. 500.000 for a Premium Studio or a 1 bedroom Premium and Deluxe unit, Rp. 1.000.000 for 2 bedroom or 3 bedroom premium unit.
The payment of the deposit can be in cash for foreigner guest, transfer to our BCA account for Local traveler.
For foreigner traveler the refund can be done by cash from 10 am to 12 pm.
For local traveler the refund can be done by transfer back to the same deposited account at maximum of 2 working days from the check out date. |

Special check-in instructions
This property offers transfers from the airport (surcharges may apply). Guests must contact the property with arrival details before travel, using the contact information on the booking confirmation.
