9. Không được phép trang trí phòng bởi bên thứ ba tại Khách sạn của chúng tôi. Các gói trang trí đặc biệt được cung cấp theo yêu cầu từ các Khách sạn của chúng tôi và có tính phí. Khách nhận phòng có các vật dụng trang trí, biểu ngữ, bóng bay, lấp lánh, hoa giấy và bất kỳ vật liệu trang trí nào khác phải đặt cọc RM150nett có hoàn lại. Những khách nhận phòng mang theo những vật dụng như vậy phải mang chúng ra khỏi chỗ ở hoàn toàn khi trả phòng. Ban quản lý Khách sạn của chúng tôi có quyền giữ lại tiền đặt cọc, coi như phí dọn dẹp, đối với các phòng có vật liệu trang trí không được xử lý gây ra tình trạng xả rác quá mức hoặc làm hỏng phòng.
10. Khi đặt trên 5 phòng, các chính sách khác và phụ phí có thể được áp dụng.
Chính sách đặt cọc/thanh toán:

1. Tất cả các đặt phòng đều yêu cầu thanh toán đầy đủ cho toàn bộ thời gian lưu trú. Thanh toán trước phải được thực hiện tại thời điểm đặt phòng. Thanh toán sẽ được tính vào thẻ tín dụng được cung cấp và không được hoàn lại. Nếu thẻ tín dụng được cung cấp không thể bị tính phí hoặc bị từ chối, Khách sạn của chúng tôi có quyền hủy đặt phòng ngay cả khi xác nhận đã được đưa ra.
2. Tên và thông tin chi tiết của chủ thẻ phải khớp với thông tin chi tiết của khách nhận phòng.

4. Tất cả thông tin, giá và chương trình khuyến mãi có thể thay đổi mà không cần thông báo trước và có thể được gia hạn theo quyết định của Khách sạn.
5. Xác nhận đặt phòng chỉ được coi là hợp lệ khi Khách sạn của chúng tôi nhận được khoản thanh toán đầy đủ.
Điều khoản & Điều kiện chung:

1. Tất cả các mức giá được niêm yết bằng Ringgit Malaysia (MYR) và là giá trị ròng, đã bao gồm 6% Thuế Bán hàng & Dịch vụ.
2. Nếu áp dụng, phụ phí có thể áp dụng cho các phòng đảm bảo nhìn ra biển hoặc bãi biển, tùy thuộc vào tình trạng sẵn có. Vui lòng tham khảo nhóm Đặt chỗ của chúng tôi để hỏi về các khoản phụ phí có thể áp dụng.
3. Chúng tôi rất tiếc phải thông báo với bạn rằng giường phụ/giường gấp không được cung cấp tại tất cả các Khách sạn & Khu nghỉ dưỡng Lexis.
4. Số lượng người ở tối đa cho phép trong các phòng của chúng tôi là 4 người trong mỗi phòng, ngoại trừ các loại phòng sau cho các Khách sạn tương ứng của chúng tôi:
• Lexis Port Dickson – Deluxe Water Chalet và Executive Water Chalet (Tối đa 3 người)
• Grand Lexis Port Dickson – Sky Pool Grand Villa (Tối đa 6 người)
• Lexis Hibiscus Port Dickson – Suite Imperial (Tối đa 6 người) và Suite Tổng thống (Tối đa 8 người)
5. Trẻ em dưới 13 tuổi được ở miễn phí khi sử dụng giường có sẵn.
6. Bất kỳ khách nào dưới 18 tuổi phải có người lớn đi kèm.
7. (Những) người bổ sung phải được khai báo và đăng ký tại Lễ tân khi nhận phòng. Bất kỳ người bổ sung nào vượt quá số lượng người ở tối đa (theo chính sách của Khách sạn của chúng tôi) đều phải trả phí theo quyết định của Khách sạn. Phụ phí RM25nett mỗi người áp dụng cho người thứ 3 và thứ 4 nếu yêu cầu tiện nghi
số 8. Không vật nuôi nào được phép vào trong khuôn viên Khách sạn của chúng tôi. Nghiêm cấm nấu ăn trong phòng, thực phẩm đóng gói mua từ bên ngoài Khách sạn, nguyên liệu thực phẩm thô, sầu riêng, măng cụt và dụng cụ nấu nướng tại Khách sạn của chúng tôi.

Trẻ em từ 7 tuổi được xem là người lớn

Trẻ em từ 2-6 tuổi được miễn phí nếu sử dụng giường sẵn có. Quý khách sẽ phải trả thêm phụ phí nếu sử dụng thêm giường phụ.

Trẻ sơ sinh dưới 2 tuổi được miễn phí nếu sử dụng giường sẵn có.

9.No room decorations by third parties are permitted at our Hotels. Special decoration packages are available via request from our Hotels and are subject to charges. A refundable deposit of RM150nett is required for guests checking-in with decorative items, banners, balloons, glitter, confetti, and any other decorative materials. Guests checking in with such items are required to completely remove them from the premises upon check-out. The Management of our Hotels reserve the right to withhold the deposit, to be forfeited as cleaning fees, for rooms with undisposed decoration materials that cause excessive litter or damage to the rooms.
10.When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
11.No fishing is allowed at the Resort, as the waters are protected by the local environment authorities

Deposit / Payment Policy:

1.All reservations require full payment for the entire duration of stay. Prepayment is to be made at the time of booking. Payment will be charged to the credit card provided and is non-refundable. If the credit card provided cannot be charged or is declined, our Hotels reserve the right to void the booking even though confirmation has been issued.
2.The cardholder’s name and details are to match the details of the guest checking in.

4.All information, rates, and promotions are subject to change without prior notice, and may be extended at our Hotels’ discretion.
5.Booking confirmations are only deemed valid subject to full payment being received by our Hotels.


General Terms & Conditions:

1.All rates are quoted in Malaysia Ringgit (MYR) and are nett, inclusive of 8% Sales & Service Tax.
2.Where applicable, a surcharge may apply for guaranteed sea or beach view rooms, subject to availability. Please refer to our Reservations team to enquire on surcharges that may apply.
3.We regret to inform you that extra beds/rollaway beds are not available at all Lexis Hotels & Resorts.
4.Maximum number of occupants allowed for our rooms are 4 persons in each room, with the exception of the following room categories for our respective Hotels:
•Lexis Port Dickson – Deluxe Water Chalet and Executive Water Chalet (Max 3 persons)
•Grand Lexis Port Dickson – Sky Pool Grand Villa (Max 6 persons)
•Lexis Hibiscus Port Dickson – Imperial Suites (Max 6 persons) and Presidential Suites (Max 8 persons)
5.Children below 13 years old stay for free using the existing bedding configuration.
6.Any guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
7.Additional person(s) must be declared and registered at the Front Desk upon check-in. Any additional persons above the maximum number of occupants (as per our Hotels’ policy) is chargeable at the discretion of our Hotels. An additional charge will apply for the 3rd and 4th person if amenities are requested. Charges are subject to the hotel's policy.
8.No pets are allowed within the compound of our Hotels. Cooking in the rooms, packed food purchased from outside of our Hotels, raw food materials, durians, mangosteens, and cooking appliances are strictly prohibited at our Hotels.
