1) The property's last check-in time with the customer service is 9:30 PM. If guests need late check-in (after 9:30 PM), please inform the property in advance to do arrangement before 10:00 pm.
2) The property requires a refundable security deposit upon check-in (MYR 100 per room or MYR 200 for an entire house). Please contact the property to get bank details and the refund will be completed 1-3 working days after check out and cleaning.
3) Identity card/passports are required before check-in for registration purposes. Malaysian tourism tax of MYR 10 per night per pax is required for foreigners coming with a social visit pass.
4) There is an additional cleaning fee to paid at property directly according to the room type booked. Please contact the property to get further details.
5) There will be additional charges of MYR 60.00 per hour for late check-outs.
6) If the access card is lost there will an penalty of MYR 200.00 for replacement.
7) Upon check-out please ensure no valuable belonging is left in the property.
8) Guests park at their own risks.
9) Smoking is not allowed and a penalty of MYR 500 or security deposit will be deducted, or both will be imposed if found smoking. (cigarette butts or smoking smell in the unit.)
10) Food/fruits with pungent smell or strong colouring (such as durian or mangosteen) are not allowed in the unit.
11) Guests are to adhere to the rules and regulation of the Hotel/Homestay.
12) No damaging, missing items, or illegal activities are allowed at the property and if found, the security deposit will be forfeited.
