The property’s star rating will be in accordance to the rating from the Local Council, and should the rating differ from the website, the Local Council rating will apply. This fee is payable directly to the hotel upon check-in and is not included in the room rate and taxes stated herein.
Luxfort 118 Service Suites does not provide a 24-hour reception, guests arriving after 5:00 PM are required to contact the property directly to inform them.

Luxfort 118 Service Suites enforces a strict “no party policy" for the comfort and security of all service suite guests. The property does not book groups for parties, including bachelor, bachelorette, birthday and other similar groups gatherings and will not tolerate excessive noise at any time.
