Trẻ em từ 6-11 tuổi phải sử dụng thêm giường phụ. Quý khách sẽ phải trả thêm phụ phí nếu sử dụng thêm giường phụ.

Trẻ sơ sinh dưới 6 tuổi được miễn phí nếu sử dụng giường sẵn có.

Due to the tax regulation, all guests are committed to the city tax surcharge which is not included in the property reservation cost and will be collected by the property upon check-in.
Effective 1 June 2014, the City Council of Penang will impose a Local Council Tax of MYR 3 per room per night for 4- and 5-star hotels and MYR 2 per room per night for 0- to 3-star hotels. The property’s star rating will be in accordance to the rating from the Local Council, and should the rating differ from the website, the Local Council rating will apply. • Late check-out is available for a fee (subject to availability)
• Housekeeping is available for an additional fee and varies based on length of stay and unit size
• Rollaway bed fee: MYR 110.0 per day
