Mỗi phòng sẽ có thể chứa tối đa 2 người lớn và 2 trẻ em dưới 6 tuổi.
Tối đa 2 trẻ em dưới 7 tuổi sẽ nhận được bữa sáng miễn phí. Thêm trẻ em sẽ có thu phí.
Trẻ em 4-11 tuổi có thu phí 120 MYR cho bữa sáng và vật dụng khi sử dụng giường có sẵn.
Trẻ em dưới 12 tuổi được ở miễn phí nếu sử dụng giường có sẵn.
Trẻ em từ 12 tuổi trở lên có thu phí 159 MYR cho bữa sáng và vật dụng khi sử dụng giường có sẵn.
Yêu cầu đặt cọc có hoàn trả là 100 MYR khi nhận phòng.

Trẻ em từ 0-6 tuổi được miễn phí nếu sử dụng giường sẵn có. Quý khách sẽ phải trả thêm phụ phí nếu sử dụng thêm giường phụ.

Children 12 years old and above will be charged MYR 159 for breakfast and amenities when using existing bed.

Due to the tax regulation, all guests are committed to the city tax surcharge which is not included in the property reservation cost and will be collected by the property upon check-in.
Effective 1 June 2014, the City Council of Penang will impose a Local Council Tax of MYR 3 per room per night for 4- and 5-star hotels and MYR 2 per room per night for 0- to 3-star hotels. The property’s star rating will be in accordance to the rating from the Local Council, and should the rating differ from the website, the Local Council rating will apply. This fee is payable directly to the hotel upon check-in and is not included in the room rate and taxes stated herein.
Every guestroom will be able to accommodate a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children under 6 years old.
