Có hiệu lực từ ngày 1 tháng 6 năm 2014, Hội đồng Thành phố Penang sẽ đánh thuế Hội đồng địa phương 3 MYR / phòng / đêm đối với khách sạn 4 và 5 sao và 2 MYR / phòng / đêm đối với khách sạn 0 đến 3 sao. Khách không được tổ chức tiệc tùng trong Suite gia đình 2 phòng ngủ và Studio Suite.
Khách sạn có quyền yêu cầu khách rời khỏi phòng và đưa hành lý/tư trang của khách ra khỏi phòng nghỉ.
Khi nhận phòng, quý khách sẽ được yêu cầu ký tên vào đơn đồng ý với các quy định của khách sạn.

Due to the tax regulation, all guests are committed to the city tax surcharge which is not included in the property reservation cost and will be collected by the property upon check in.
Effective 1 June 2014, the City Council of Penang will impose a Local Council Tax of MYR 3 per room per night for 4- and 5-star hotels and MYR 2 per room per night for 0- to 3-star hotels. The property’s star rating will be in accordance to the rating from the Local Council, and should the rating differ from the website, the Local Council rating will apply. This fee is payable directly to the hotel upon check-in and is not included in the room rate and taxes stated herein.
Guests are required to sign a form to acknowledge the property’s rules upon check-in.
Guests are responsible for all damages caused during their stay.
Parties are not allowed in 2 Bedroom Family Suite and Studio Suite.
The property has the right to request to vacate guests and luggage/belongings from guest rooms.
The property requires a refundable security deposit of MYR 100 cash upon check-in. |
