• Mersing đến Khu Nghỉ Dưỡng: 12:00 trưa.
• Khu Nghỉ Dưỡng đến Mersing: 10:00 sáng.
• Phí Tàu: 110 MYR mỗi người lớn và 70 MYR mỗi trẻ em.

Chỗ nghỉ không cho phép mang đồ ăn từ bên ngoài vào.

Sẽ tính phí khui nắp 5 MYR cho bia và rượu (không áp dụng cho bia đóng chai).
Khách sẽ phải trả phí khui nắp là 50 MYR mỗi thùng.

Đối với du khách địa phương:
Công viên quốc gia giá 5 RM mỗi người lớn và 3 RM mỗi trẻ em.
Công viên hải dương giá 5 RM mỗi người lớn và 2 RM mỗi trẻ em.

Đối với du khách quốc tế:
Công viên quốc gia giá 30 RM mỗi người lớn và 15 RM mỗi trẻ em.
Công viên hải dương giá 20 RM mỗi người lớn và 10 RM mỗi trẻ em.
Tạm thời cắt điện từ 03:00 PM đến 05:00 PM mỗi ngày để sửa chữa cho đến khi có thông báo mới.

Trẻ em từ 12 tuổi được xem là người lớn

Trẻ em từ 4-11 tuổi phải sử dụng thêm giường phụ. Quý khách sẽ phải trả thêm phụ phí nếu sử dụng thêm giường phụ.

Trẻ sơ sinh dưới 4 tuổi được miễn phí nếu sử dụng giường sẵn có.

Boat schedule services (charge is not inclusive in the room rate)
- Mersing to Resort: 12:00 PM
- Resort to Mersing: 10:00 AM
- Boat Charges: MYR 140 per adult and MYR 70 per child
Children 4-11 years old will be charged 50 % of the adult price (with or without extra bed) & pay upon arrival or pay at the resort.
Corkage fee of MYR 5 for beer and liquor will be charged (Bottled beer is not applicable).
Guests will be charged a corkage fee of MYR 50 per crate.
Guests will be charged an additional fee of MYR 60 for a corkage fee, bottled liquor and glassware provided.
Marine park fees: MYR 16 for local residents and MYR 56 for foreigners.
The property does not permit food from outside.
The below entrance fees will be effective from January 1, 2017 onward.

For local tourists:
National Park costs RM 5 per adult and RM 3 per child.
Marine Park costs RM 5 per adult and RM 2 per child.

For international tourists:
National Park costs RM 30 per adult and RM 15 per child.
Marine Park costs RM 20 per adult and RM 10 per child.
The property will be without electricity from 03:00 PM to 05:00 PM daily for maintenance until further notice. |

Guests must transfer to the property via boat and must arrange the transfers by contacting the property before travel, using the contact information on the booking confirmation. Boat Schedule: From Mersing Jetty to the Resort: Noon (daily). From Resort to Mersing Jetty: 10:30 AM (daily). A scheduled power outage will take place from 3 PM-5 PM daily.
