Nơi lưu trú nằm trong khu dân cư và tuyệt đối tuân thủ chính sách không tiệc tùng hoặc gây ồn ào quá mức.

Chỗ nghỉ không có quầy tiếp tân. Quý khách cần thông báo trước cho nơi lưu trú về thời gian đến dự kiến.

Sẽ có hướng dẫn nhận phòng đặc biệt gửi kèm trong email xác nhận sau khi đặt phòng. Vui lòng tuân thủ các hướng dẫn để nhận phòng dễ dàng.

Tuyệt đối không hút thuốc tại nơi lưu trú. Khách hàng chịu trách nhiệm cho mọi chi phí, thiệt hại và khoản nợ gây ra do hút thuốc.

Quý khách cần phải cởi giày khi vào chỗ nghỉ.

Nhận phòng hoặc trả phòng ngoài giờ nói trên có thể sẽ tính thêm phụ phí.
Theo luật thuế tại địa phương, kể từ ngày 01/04/2019, khách hàng cần đóng thuế chỗ ở, thanh toán trực tiếp cho nơi lưu trú lúc nhận phòng. Mức thuế tính theo đầu người mỗi đêm

Giá phòng mỗi đêm từ 19.999 JPY trở xuống: thuế 200 JPY
Giá phòng từ 20.000 JPY trở lên: thuế 500 JPY mỗi người mỗi đêm.

Trẻ em từ 6 tuổi được xem là người lớn

Trẻ em từ 0-5 tuổi được miễn phí nếu sử dụng giường sẵn có. Quý khách sẽ phải trả thêm phụ phí nếu sử dụng thêm giường phụ.

According to local tax regulation, effective from April 1, 2019, guests should pay accommodation tax surcharge directly to the property upon check-in (per person per night):

Accommodation tax of JPY 200 is charged at the property per person per night for room rate less than JPY 19,999.
Accommodation tax of JPY 500 is charged at the property per person per night for room rate of JPY 20,000 and over.
The property does not have a reception. Guests are required to inform the property in advance of their estimated time of arrival.
