Không có dịch vụ dọn dẹp hoặc thay khăn trải giường trong các đêm liên tiếp. Vui lòng hỏi lễ tân từ 15:00 đến 20:00 để đổi khăn tắm và đồ vệ sinh cá nhân.Đối với các đợt lưu trú từ 4 đêm trở lên, chúng tôi sẽ dọn dẹp và thay bộ khăn trải giường 3 ngày một lần. There is no cleaning or linen change during consecutive nights. Please ask the front desk between 3pm and 8pm to exchange towels and amenities.
For stays of 4 nights or more, we will clean and change linen every 3 days. (Free, the first time is the morning of the 4th day)
Additional cleaning is available for a fee. (JPY2000 per time, reservation required by 8pm the previous day) |

Special check-in instructions
The front desk is open daily from 7:00 AM - 10:00 PM. If you are planning to arrive after 9:00 PM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. Housekeeping service is provided every 3 days and is only available for stays of 4 nights or more. The listed housekeeping fee applies for additional cleaning requests, which must be made by 8 PM the day before. Towels and disposable personal items are available at the front desk from 3-8 PM.

Know Before You Go

• Children 5 years old and younger stay free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding.
• The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc. ). Additionally, lodging proprietors are required to photocopy passports for all registering guests and keep the photocopy on file.
• The property is professionally cleaned.
• Contactless check-in and contactless check-out are available.
