Starting from stays on Tuesday, January 14, 2025, the method of providing meals to guests with allergies to the 28 specified ingredients will be changed. This notice is intended for all guests with food allergies, including those who have stayed with us in the past, so please be sure to read it carefully. *For reservations made by November 30, 2024, for stays on or after January 14, 2025, we will be contacting guests regarding the changes in allergy accommodations. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 72 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. If you are planning to arrive after 8:00 PM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. Dinner is not included in half board rate plans for children ages 0-5 and can be requested onsite for JPY 5000 per night.

- Children 2 years old and younger stay free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding.
- The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc. ). Additionally, lodging proprietors are required to photocopy passports for all registering guests and keep the photocopy on file.
- Cashless payment methods are available for all transactions.

- Uncovered self parking fee: JPY 1000 per night (in/out privileges)
