[About implementation of renovation work]
The property will undergo renovation work with the following contents.

Annex open-air bath renovation work (September 2023 to 2025 (scheduled for completion)) Construction hours: Scheduled from 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM
*Due to renovation work on the annex, the main building, guest rooms, and restaurant will not be affected.
We will contact you as soon as the opening date is decided. There may be some construction noise during this period.

Special check-in instructions
Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. For any questions, please contact the property using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests with dietary restrictions or food allergies should contact this property 7 days in advance of arrival. Please note that halal food is not available. Meals are not included for children ages 0-5 in all rate plans. Due to renovations, this property's outdoor mineral hot springs in the annex building is not available until 2025 (dates subject to change).

Know Before You Go

• Hot springs access available from 11:00 AM to midnight.
• Reservations are required for private bath/onsen. Reservations can be made by contacting the hotel prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation.
• Children 5 years old and younger stay free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding.
• The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc. ). Additionally, lodging proprietors are required to photocopy passports for all registering guests and keep the photocopy on file.
• Please note that some properties do not permit guests with tattoos to use the onsite public bathing facilities.
• This property welcomes guests of all sexual orientations and gender identities (LGBTQ+ friendly).
