Pets cannot be left unattended in the room at any time. They must be kept on a leash at all times in public areas.
Pets are not allowed in common areas such as the restaurant, spa, swimming pool, and gym.
A pet food menu is available at the resort. The resort does not provide walking facilities; pet owners are responsible for walking their pets. The resort does not have boarding kennels.
Vaccination is mandatory for all pets. Proof of vaccination must be sent to the resort in advance. Pets should be vaccinated at least 7 days prior to the date of stay.
Details of nearby pet clinics are available at the Front Desk. The resort is not responsible for the services provided by external pet clinics.
The resort does not provide 'Over the Counter' medicines. In case of emergencies, details of nearby pet clinics will be provided.
The resort does not sell any special items for pets.
In the event of damages, or if fabrics or carpets are soiled/stained beyond normal cleaning, additional charges will be assessed.
When outside the room/suite and on the property, pets must be on a leash and under the control of the handler at all times.
