Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. Disposable personal items, such as toothbrush, toothpaste, and razors are available at the mini bar (surcharge).
Know Before You Go
- Pool access available from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
- Reservations are required for spa treatments. Reservations can be made by contacting the hotel prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation.
- Children stay free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding.
- The property has connecting/adjoining rooms, which are subject to availability and can be requested by contacting the property using the number on the booking confirmation.
- Cashless payment methods are available for all transactions.

- Fee for buffet breakfast: approximately KRW 170000 for adults and KRW 75000 for children
- Valet parking fee: KRW 25000 per day
