[Precautions when using pet-friendly rooms]
1.Do not leave dogs alone in the room
- It is absolutely impossible to go out without your dog in the room, and if caught, you will be forced to move to the playroom on the 3rd floor and protection measures will be taken.
- Dogs that are forced to move or are protected can be visited during the operating hours of the 3rd floor playroom, and a fee of 50,000 won will be charged regardless of the protection time.
- Customers who inevitably need to leave their dog behind should use the dog lounge daycare consignment service on the 3rd floor.
2. When traveling with your dog within the hotel, please carry your dog in your arms or use a cage or stroller.
3. If hotel items and equipment are damaged, separate compensation costs will be charged.
4. If you add more than one pet, an additional cost of 30,000 won will be incurred.
