·Grand Josun Athletic Club(Pool · Fitness Club · Sauna) is closed on every 3rd Tuesday of the month.

·Guests are able to inquire about their booking from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
·For all room types, the standard number of guests is 2 adults and 2 children. For bookings exceeding the standard number of guests, an extra guest fee of KRW 55,000 per guest will be charged on site. A maximum of 3 extra guests can be accommodated.
·The extra bed fee is KRW 55,000 per night, although this may vary depending on the quantity and room type. For more information, guests may contact the hotel.
·The sauna in the fitness club is only available for guests 14 years of age and above. An extra charge applies.
·The fitness center only allows guests 17 years of age and above, and children under the age of 7 must be accompanied by parents to enter the swimming pool. All room types include Heavenly pool access for 2 adults and 2 children.
·If the hotel is unable to operate normally due to unavoidable circumstances such as climate change or natural disasters, the reservation may be canceled or restricted. Guests may be notified by the hotel of any major changes through channels such as mobile phone text, website posts, etc.)
·The kids' room has three different themes including forest, sea, and sky. The theme will be randomly assigned at check-in.

Special check-in instructions
Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. The property’s swimming pool and fitness facility are closed on the third Tuesday of every month.
