[Room Information]
Pets are not allowed in all rooms.Minors unaccompanied by a guardian cannot use the facility.
Infants under 36 months of age are not included in the number of guests and cannot be accommodated in excess of the maximum number of guests.
If items provided in the room are damaged or lost, compensation liability will arise based on the purchase price.


[Cleaning during stay]
For reservations of 3 nights or more, room cleaning is provided free of charge once per 3 nights upon request. Additional cleaning requests will be charged separately.

[Smoking cessation information]
Sokcho Confines Beach Hotel is operated as a non-smoking hotel.
This building operates all non-smoking rooms to ensure the health of our guests and provide a comfortable room environment.
If an accident occurs due to smoking, a smoking fee of 200,000 won will be charged for compensation and additional odor removal work.


[Non-face-to-face check-in information]
-Enrollment information and a mobile key will be sent via KakaoTalk or text message on the same day according to the check-in time.
-If you are unable to enter your mobile phone number when making a reservation, you must leave your mobile phone number and reservation information at the mobile front desk.
(You cannot enter the room if you do not fill in the information.)
If you make a reservation without a domestic mobile phone number, please be sure to check the room information through the reservation site message.


[Parking Information]
- From January 1, 2024, free parking will be provided to guests only until check-out time.
- If you enter your vehicle number in advance through mobile check-in, the staff can pre-register your vehicle number, allowing you to get out quickly.

- If you are unable to register your license plate number in advance through mobile check-in, you must pre-register through the front tablet on the first floor of Building B to get free parking.
- Only one vehicle is available per reservation.
- Parking spaces may be lacking during peak seasons/weekends. Please understand that if the parking lot is full, you must park on the nearby roadside.
- The elevator and parking lot are crowded during check-out time, so we recommend leaving with plenty of time to spare.
- The hotel is not responsible for fees charged without prior registration or after check-out time.

Special check-in instructions
The front desk is open during the following times:

• Sunday - Thursday: 10:00 AM - 11:00 PM

The check-in location differs from the property location. Check-in location: [B - 1F]. If you are planning to arrive after 11:00 PM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. Check-in hours are 3 PM to midnight Sunday-Thursday.
