[Cleaning during stay]
For reservations of more than 4 nights, 1 room cleaning per 3 nights will be provided free of charge upon request by the customer, and other cleaning requests will be charged extra. (Request to the hotel customer center is required by 18:00 a day before)

[Notice of smoking cessation]
This building is operated as a non-smoking room in order to provide a healthy and comfortable room environment for customers.
In the event of an accident caused by smoking, a smoking charge of KRW 150,000 will be charged for liability and odor removal. Please refrain from smoking in the room.

[Information on non-face-to-face check-in]
> On the day of check-in, information on entering the room will be sent via KakaoTalk or text message. (You cannot enter the room if you do not fill out the form)

[Parking information]
- Free parking is available for one vehicle per room in the underground (B1-B3) and ground (1F-4F) parking lots in the building.
- The ground parking lot is for large and SUV vehicles with a total height of 1.8m or more.
For general sedan vehicles with a total height of 1.8m or less, please use the underground parking lot if possible. The underground parking lot is entered and exited through an elevator.
- Parking spaces may be insufficient during peak season/weekends. Please understand that if the car is full, you will have to use the nearby public parking lot at your own expense.
- Vehicle lift specifications: total length 5.4m / total height 1.8m / total width 2m

- Location : Parking is available within the building at underground levels (B1–B3) and above-ground levels (1F–4F). One vehicle per room.
- Above-Ground Parking: Designated for large vehicles and SUVs over 1.8m in height.
- Underground Parking: Accessible via a vehicle elevator, designated for standard sedans under 1.8m in height. (Vehicle elevator dimensions: Length 5.4m / Height1.8m / Width 2m).
- During peak seasons and weekends, parking spaces may be limited. If the parking lot is full, please use the nearby public parking lot (additional charges may apply)
- Prior registration is required via the Mobile Front system.

[ TERMS · CONDITIONS ]
- Guests who are under 18 years of age must be accompanied by their parents.
- Pets are not allowed in the hotel.
- Entering the room before the official check-in time may result in a penalty of 30,000 KRW.
- The hotel will not be liable for any accidents caused by the guest's own negligence. In case of lost or damaged items, the hotel will require the guest to follow a compensation procedure.
- All spaces, including balconies, are smoke-free. Violations will result in a 150,000 KRW fine and restrict future bookings at any of our accommodations.
- Harming others or behaving in a threatening manner will result in eviction.
- Guests need be quiet during the designated quiet hours(After 9 PM)
- Please note that additional cleaning charges may apply if the room is left in poor condition by guests.
