Có thể từ chối cho khách nhận phòng nếu số lượng khách khi nhận phòng nhiều hơn số lượng khách trong đơn đặt phòng.
Đây là cơ sở lưu trú tuyệt đối cấm hút thuốc. Khách có trách nhiệm về mọi chi phí, thiệt hại và trách nhiệm pháp lý do hút thuốc gây ra.
Độ tuổi tối thiểu của khách nhận phòng là 19 tuổi, nếu không đi kèm người lớn hoặc người giám hộ.
Hướng dẫn nhận phòng và thông tin cơ sở vật chất sẽ được gửi đến số điện thoại khách cung cấp. Nếu quý khách không nhận được tin nhắn, vui lòng kiểm tra email và liên hệ với cơ sở lưu trú qua điện thoại.
Hút thuốc bị cấm. Khách chịu trách nhiệm cho tất cả các chi phí, thiệt hại và trách nhiệm pháp lý do hút thuốc.
Khách được yêu cầu phải cung cấp số điện thoại khi thực hiện đặt phòng để cơ sở lưu trú có thể liên hệ với khách.
Mọi trẻ em và trẻ sơ sinh đều được tính là người lớn cho mục đích tính số khách lưu trú.
Mọi yêu cầu đặc biệt đều lệ thuộc vào tình trạng thực tế.
Những khách đến sau 19:00 (KST) được yêu cầu liên hệ trực tiếp với cơ sở lưu trú trước khi đến.
Sẽ áp dụng phụ thu khi sử dụng cơ sở vật chất tại cơ sở lưu trú như BBQ, bể bơi và spa.
Thông tin của cơ sở lưu trú sẽ được gửi đến địa chỉ email đã điền trong đơn đặt phòng.
Tình trạng thực tế của cơ sở vật chất có thể phụ thuộc vào điều kiện thời tiết hoặc các tình huống tại cơ sở lưu trú.
