In addition, room maintenance will not be carried out unless you stay consecutively two nights,If you stay for more than 3 nights, room maintenance will be carried out once only for the customer who requested it.

※ Pet room (dog-friendly room) user information
1. If you purchase a pet room (dog-friendly room), you can stay with up to 2 small sized dogs, and each pet is limited to 7 kg.
(If you wish to accompany more than one dog, an additional charge of KRW 30,000 will be incurred, and you will not be allowed to enter the room if you exceed two.)
2. The pet room (dog-friendly room) is for dogs only, and other pets are not allowed to stay together.
3. Dogs without basic vaccinations are not allowed to stay.
4. Upon check-in, guests are required to sign the pet dog-related oath at front desk.
(vaccination within the last 3 months, oath contents such as carrying a puppy in the facility)
5. When using the room, please comply with the followings.
- Guests are required to carry dogs in kennel especially at common areas such as parking lot, elevator, lobby.
- If you are caught accompanying dogs without leash, you will be forced to leave the property without refund.
-Even if you go out for a short time, you must be accompanied by a dog, and you will be forced to leave the room if you are caught leaving only a dog in the room. (causing noise)
- Please wipe your dog's feet when entering the room after going out.
- Please throw excrement down the toilet, and put the pad in a sanitary bag and throw it in the trash.An additional repair fee will be charged if the bedding, fixtures, and facilities in the room are damaged or contaminated. 
6. If you are caught staying with dogs without permission, penalty will be imposed and you will be forced to leave.

1. Hours of operation (weekdays/weekends)
- Part 1 08:00 AM to 12:00 PM (4 hours_entry closing 11:30 AM)
- Maintenance break from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM (1 hour/available)
- Part 2 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM (4 hours_entry closing 4:30 PM)
- Maintenance break from 5:00PM to 6:00 PM (1 hour/available)
- Part 3 from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM (4 hours_entry closing 9:30PM)

2. Fees for use
- KRW 30,000 for adults (elementary school students and above)
ㄴ Renting body towels, gowns, life jackets for minors + using sunbeds and daybeds
- Small child (infant ~ preschooler) KRW 20,000 ㄴ Renting body towels, gowns, life jackets for minors + using sunbeds and daybeds

* Sunbeds and daybeds are available on a first-come, first-served basis on site.
* Infants and minors can enter with guardians' responsibilities (no single entry without guardians)
* It is considered that you have agreed that the guardian is responsible for the accident or all legal responsibilities when entering with minors.

3. Information on how to use it
*** Please use it after applying and paying on a first-come, first-served basis by time (phone reservation, etc.) at the front on the 6th floor.
- The package includes as many towels and gowns as possible.
- If you want to use additional people other than the number of people including the package, you can rent towels and gowns at the front and use the swimming pool.
- After wearing the swimsuit in advance, please wear the gown provided at the front and enter according to the entrance time.
- Admission is not allowed when wearing cotton/blue clothes and sneakers when using the swimming pool, and wearing denim is required. (Cap cap is available)
- It is impossible to store valuables, and we are not responsible for loss or theft.
- The depth of the pool is 120cm.

4. Precautions
- Re-entry is not allowed after initial admission.
- The towels provided in the room are not available in the swimming pool.
- Outside food is not allowed when entering. (Pet bottle drinking bottled water is available)
- Tube and watercraft are not allowed.
- If you have excessive tattoos on your body, you can enter after covering it with a rash guard.
- Glass products and items that may be damaged or contaminated with swimming pool cannot be brought in.
- It is prohibited to bring in pets.
- Depending on the situation on the site, operating hours may change and the operation may be suspended without prior notice due to the weather.
- Make sure to return the rented bath towels, gowns, and life jackets. Failure to return will result in compensation for damages and criminal punishment.
- Sunbeds and daybeds are used on a first-come, first-served basis, so they may not be used inevitably when others use them.
- When not used (no-show) at a predetermined time, it is processed. (Time change and refund not allowed)

An additional charge will be applied for using swimming pool. Additional amount for KRW 30,000 per person. Body towel, Gown, Sunbed or Daybed will be offered.
The Panorama Ocean View Premier Double Twin is a room with three windows in the room with views of Mt. Seorak/City/Ocean.
