[Information on non-face-to-face check-in]
On the day of check-in, information on entering the room will be sent via KakaoTalk or text message. (You cannot enter the room if you do not fill out the form) For reservations without a domestic mobile phone number, be sure to check the room information through a message on the reservation site.

[Parking Information]
- Transition to "Valet (Paid) Parking Service" from July 10, 23.
- Guest fee: 7,000 won/night, 40,000 won/month (card payment only)
- Only one vehicle is available for each reservation
- Parking is available only with a valet, and you can get information at the entrance of the underground parking lot on the first floor of the building.
- You can request the departure through the lobby tablet on the 1st floor, or you can proceed with a QR scan of the ticket you were informed of when entering.
- Parking may be low during peak season/weekends. Please understand that if the car is full, you have to park on the side of the nearby road.
- Elevators and parking lots are crowded during check-out, so we recommend you to check out for about 30 minutes.

[Guide to guest rooms]
The image may differ from the room view. Bed composition, design, furniture, and props may vary from room to room.
Pets are not allowed in all rooms.
Minors without guardians are not allowed to use.
Infants under 36 months old are not included in the number of people and cannot exceed the maximum number of people.
The fire alarm is sensitive, so cooking of smoke and high-smoke foods is not allowed.
In case of damage or loss of items in the guest room, liability for compensation arises based on the purchase price.

[Cleaning during stay]
For reservations of more than 4 nights, 1 room cleaning per 3 nights will be provided free of charge upon request by the customer, and other cleaning requests will be charged extra.

[ EXTRA PERSON CHARGE ]
- Your room may be shared within the occupancy standard. However, do not exceed the maximum occupancy of the room.

- Basic cleaning services are not provided during your stay.

[ TERMS · CONDITIONS ]
- Guests who are under 18 years of age must be accompanied by their parents.
- Pets are not allowed in the hotel.
- Entering the room before the official check-in time may result in a penalty of 30,000 KRW.
- The hotel will not be liable for any accidents caused by the guest's own negligence. In case of lost or damaged items, the hotel will require the guest to follow a compensation procedure.
- All spaces, including balconies, are smoke-free. Violations will result in a 150,000 KRW fine and restrict future bookings at any of our accommodations.
- Harming others or behaving in a threatening manner will result in eviction.
- Guests need be quiet during the designated quiet hours(After 9 PM)
- Please note that additional cleaning charges may apply if the room is left in poor condition by guests.
- Location and design of the furniture may differ from the picture.
