To arrange pick-up, guests must contact the property 24 hours prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. The credit card used to book the reservation must be presented by the cardholder at check-in along with matching photo identification. - Pool access available from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

- One child 2 years old or younger stays free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding.
- Only registered guests are allowed in the guestrooms.
- No pets and no service animals are allowed at this property.
- A car is required for transportation to and from this property.
- Set meals are served in guestrooms only (no menus or public dining).
- Contactless check-in and contactless check-out are available.
Fees
- Fee for full breakfast: approximately AED 125.50 for adults and AED 62.75 for children
- Airport shuttle fee: AED 500 per vehicle (roundtrip, maximum occupancy 4)
- Early check-in is available for a fee (subject to availability)
- Late check-in fee for check-in between 12:30 PM and midnight
- Late check-out is available for a fee (subject to availability)
- Rollaway bed fee: AED 135.0 per day
