If you are planning to arrive after 10:00 PM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. For any questions, please contact the property using the information on the booking confirmation. The all-inclusive rate includes meals and drinks at Turquoise buffet restaurant only. A la carte meals are not included in all-inclusive rate plans for 1-2 night stays (surcharges apply, collected at the property). In addition, the following cover charges apply at a la carte restaurants for guests staying 2-nights or more: AED 50 per person at Orient, L'Olivio, and Mermaid; and AED 150 per person for the Teppanyaki show at Aja.
