Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of AUD 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that there is a 2% charge when you pay with a Visa or Mastercard credit card. Please note that Tweed Coast Holidays does not accept payments with American Express/Diners Club credit cards. If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform Tweed Coast Holidays in advance, using the contact details found on the booking confirmation. Due to new legislation in NSW regarding short term rentals, the property will require all of the guests names to be provided prior to arrival.
