A damage deposit (pre-authorization credit hold on a physical debit/credit card) of AUD $1000 is required on arrival for 3 Bedroom Apartments and AUD $500 for 1 Bedroom and 2 Bedroom Apartments.
Check-in is not possible between 12:00 AM and 08:00 AM.
Guests arriving between 07:00 PM and 10:00 PM will be subject to an additional charge of AUD 50.
Guests arriving between 10:00 PM and 12:00 AM will be subject to an additional charge of AUD 100.

- The lockbox options are available as well if you are coming late and want to avoid the late check in fees. The lockboxes are free of charge but must be confirmed with our office no later than 2pm on arrival date or access may not be granted |

The front desk is open daily from 9 AM - 5 PM. The check-in location differs from the property location. Check-in location: [889 Collins Street Docklands, VIC 3008, Australia.]. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 48 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. If you are planning to arrive after 5 PM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions. The front desk is staffed during limited hours.
