In addition to a buffet-style breakfast, a wide variety of fresh pasta is available for lunch, and a casual bar is available at night.

We regret to inform you that the tea time (3:00 PM–5:00 PM) and bar time (5:00 PM–10:00 PM) operations will end after business on December 27, 2024.
Please note that the breakfast buffet (7:00 AM–10:00 AM) and lunch time (11:30 AM–3:00 PM) will continue to operate as usual.

We would like to inform you that the washing machines and dryers on the 12th floor, which have been provided free of charge until now, will be subject to charges starting from the date below due to the replacement of the machines. Date: Friday, November 1, 2024 Usage Fees: Washing Machine: 300 yen per use (automatic detergent dispenser) Dryer: 100 yen per 20 minutes We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the introduction of these fees and appreciate your understanding.
Cleaning service is between 10:00 AM to 02:00 PM
Guests are required to hang the no-entry card on the door if cleaning service is not needed.
Guests can only park cars in the property's designated area.
Late check-out is not possible.

Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. Guests can choose to either self-clean the property prior to check-out, or pay an additional cleaning fee of JPY 500 at check-out. For any questions, please contact the property using the information on the booking confirmation. Meals are not included in the room rate for children ages 6 and younger included in the reservation. For bookings in the room names labeled with no cleaning service, housekeeping is not included except for 4 or 8 night stays. Housekeeping service can be requested for the listed optional service fee. Towel exchanges are available on request at any time for no additional fee.

• Up to 2 children 6 years old and younger stay free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding.
• The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc. ). Additionally, lodging proprietors are required to photocopy passports for all registering guests and keep the photocopy on file.
