During my third visit to Hoi An, I had the pleasure of staying at Bay Resort, located right in the heart of town. It turned out to be my most memorable experience yet, even when compared to larger hotel chains. The entire staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, with a special mention to the Olive Tree restaurant team. They consistently went above and beyond to fulfill every request and provide top-notch service. Additionally, guests can indulge in Hoi An's famous cuisine all in one place, from the renowned Chicken Rice to the delightful Cao Lau (their charsiu meat is exceptional), not to mention the unique salted coffee and chocolate. Nearby, just a 200-meter walk from the hotel, you can also enjoy local specialties like Banh Dap (steamed thin rice pancakes with grilled rice paper) or Hen Xuc Banh Da (sauteed tiny mussels with grilled sesame rice paper). In-room dining was commendable with reasonable prices, although the late-night menu could use some improvement, especially the porridge. As for the hotel itself, including rooms with stunning views overlooking the river, pool, or garden, everything surpassed expectations. The cozy pool with a jacuzzi is family-friendly, and the garden provides a picturesque backdrop for photography enthusiasts. What truly sets this experience apart is the genuine warmth and hospitality of the staff. The hotel may be new, but I hope they can maintain this level of excellence in the long run.

The resort recently opened earlier this year. From the moment you step into the lobby to entering your room, the design exudes beauty. The bedding and amenities are luxurious, with a modern and chic room design. I particularly enjoyed the fragrance of the bath amenities provided. They offer a complimentary mini bar which is restocked daily. International TV channels are available for entertainment. Breakfast offers a delightful selection of local specialties and international dishes. On my last day, I opted to skip breakfast to enjoy the poolside. The restaurant staff kindly called to inquire if I needed food delivered to my room; though I declined, I requested a takeaway coffee instead, a thoughtful gesture. The pool offers a serene view of the river. The resort's location is superb, right next to the bridge, offering quick access to the old town within 5 minutes. The staff were incredibly friendly, enhancing the overall experience.

We stayed for 3 nights but wished for a longer stay! This resort is fantastic, the rooms are modern, well-appointed, spotless, and spacious. Upgrading to a river-view room is definitely worthwhile. It's incredibly close to Hoi An's old market, as well as cafes, spas, and activities. Everything was conveniently within walking distance. Complimentary bikes are available for exploring. The staff were exceptionally kind and friendly, always eager to assist. The unexpected twice-daily turndown service was a nice touch. The buffet breakfast offered a delightful array of Western and Vietnamese dishes. While the gym was small, it had a decent selection of cardio machines, dumbbells, and benches, though more weight machines would be beneficial. The pool was large, and the poolside area was tranquil and luxurious. Complimentary minibar items and snacks, replenished daily, were a lovely perk. Minor criticisms include pricey room service considering the portion size and taste—1,000,000 VND for a pizza, a club sandwich, and two gelatos. The bed was somewhat firm. We will certainly return.

직원들은 친절했고, 룸 컨디션도 아주 좋았어요! 오션뷰도 좋지만 올드타운을 배경으로 한 투본강뷰도 매력적이예요. 올드타운은 도보로도 가능하니 위치성도 좋습니다.

Cozy service

I had such an enjoyable stay at Bay Resort Hoi An! It had everything you would need, from a massage spa, to a gym, a pool, as well as a restaurant for your buffet breakfast. The staff were all so friendly too, making the stay an extremely pleasant one. The mini bar is also completely free and replenished once a day which is a nice bonus! Highly recommend if you’re coming to Hoi An. 10/10!!

호이안에서 최고의 호텔 아닐까요. 청결, 인테리어, 위치, 조식, 가격 뭐 하나 빠지는게 없어요. 호이안을 충분히 느낄 수 있게 해주는 호텔입니다. 가족 생일이 중간에 있었는데 조식 레스토랑에서 귀여운 케이크도 만들어 주시고 노래도 불러 주셨어요!💛

부모님 아이와 함께한 여행 수심이 낮아서 아이가 놀기 좋았습니다 다리 하나만 건너면 올드타운 입구고 구경거리가 많았어요 숙소 맞은편에 작은마트도 있어서 편해요
