I celebrated my birthday here! This was our very first trip to Hoi An, and staying at Delicacy truly elevated our experience. The staff is fantastic! Be sure to have Sofia arrange everything for you—she’s a gem! When dining at the restaurant, don’t miss out on asking for Ricky and Martin; they’re incredible. Martin is not only a fantastic chef but also a delightful conversationalist! Lily at the reception was wonderful as well! An amazing team all around!

During our trip in the rainy season, we found the staff to be incredibly friendly, always offering great suggestions for tourist activities. We felt well cared for by them. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to the old town. Having been built just 10 months ago, everything feels quite new. Due to the rain, we made sure to take umbrellas whenever we went out. Additionally, the hotel spa was fantastic. We look forward to returning.

Having just spent a day in Hoi An, we’re already captivated by this charming place. Our experience at Delicacy Hotel & Spa has felt like a fantasy. Typically, I prefer to write my reviews after my stay, but I couldn't help but share my enthusiasm for this hotel right away. The beds are incredibly comfortable, the rooms are spotless, and the breakfast buffet is abundant and delicious. The decor is stunning, and everything is well-equipped with reasonable pricing. Above all, the staff is exceptionally friendly and accommodating, making our visit truly enjoyable and memorable. Sophia, the manager, is a lovely and welcoming young woman who greeted us warmly. Additionally, Lily and Alan, the hotel staff, are incredibly kind and go above and beyond to ensure we have a wonderful stay in Hoi An. I extend my heartfelt gratitude to the best hotel team I’ve ever encountered in my travels. If Vietnam is on your travel itinerary, be sure to note this hotel’s address. We highly recommend it and have fallen in love with this place.

The service here is outstanding, and the beds and showers are incredibly comfortable. This hotel is just a year old and offers a stunning location just outside the city, perfect for relaxing by the pool and enjoying the rooftop bar. I highly recommend it and will definitely return!

The hotel design is exquisite. What is most commendable is the friendly attitude of the staff. 酒店設計精緻。最值得讚賞的是，服務人員友善的態度。

An impressive experience with an excellent hotel. The room was wonderful, clean and luxurious with a plentiful supply of green tea and Vietnamese coffee. The bed was extremely comfortable, the shower and bathroom were marvelous and the view of the river particularly good at sunset. The only problem was being opposite the lift so there was occasional corridor noise. The breakfast was outstanding with great choice of Western and Vietnamese styles. All was fresh, especially the pastries and fruit. There were chefs waiting to take orders for dishes such as Omelettes, Eggs Benedict, Scrambled Eggs, Pho and Noodle Soups. The location of the hotel is perfect as it is on th4 edge of How An with a short walk to the fields and river but also only a 10 minute walk to the centre of the town and night market area. The staff were incredibly good. They are all very friendly, always greeting em by name and aware of the particulars of my stay. When I arrived late at night, the receptionist had arranged for the air conditioning to be turned on in my room prior to arrival which was very welcome. Whatever I required to help my stay, the reception helped and provided. When I left in the early morning, they unexpectedly offered to provide a breakfast box and cup of tea for my drive to the airport. They are really lovely people as one always finds in Vietnam. This hotel is highly recommended.

飯店游池最淺120公分，游池時間6:00-21:00；早餐時間6:30-10:00，有現點的蛋、河粉（牛肉或雞肉）、高樓麵。飯店工作人員客氣有禮，早餐時間會有接待人員關心你的需求（很用心）提供客人叫車服務，價格會跟grap差不多或更低。走路去會安古鎮不遠，可跟飯店借腳踏車（數量很夠），附近的Aaron Spa按摩很夠力，可去按按看，飯店旁有一間賣烤肉飯及另一間賣河粉，份量很夠吃，味道不錯👍。附近有一間洗衣店走路2分鐘即可到達。飯店冷氣強、櫃臺小姐英文能力佳，接待客人有效率及服務周到，很推薦會安優雅SPA飯店。

家族4人、コネクティングルームで2泊しました。 コネクティングルームのため、4人でもとても広々と快適に過ごすことができました。 冷蔵庫の電源がつかなかったため連絡したら、スタッフの方がすぐに対応してくれました。 サービスがとてもよかったです。
