From the very first moment we set foot on the property, the level of care and meticulous attention to detail displayed by the staff was truly impressive. One of the managers, Hien, played a crucial role in ensuring that our experience was flawless. He arranged our transportation with great precision and made sure that every single aspect of our stay was executed to perfection. His proactive nature and commitment to guest satisfaction were palpable throughout our entire visit. Another remarkable aspect was the restaurant, managed by Chip. The staff there were not only exceptionally well-trained but also displayed remarkable politeness and attentiveness. Each dining experience was a true delight, with meals presented beautifully and packed with flavor, making the culinary journey a memorable highlight of our stay. The spa services provided were a true oasis of relaxation and cleanliness. The sauna, hot tub, and pool facilities were kept in pristine condition, fostering a peaceful environment for unwinding. The massage therapists were not only highly skilled but also received classical training, providing therapeutic massages that were both calming and effective. I must also commend the housekeeping team for their dedicated efforts, which ensured our room remained spotless, tidy, and inviting. Returning to such a clean and homely atmosphere after a day of activities was genuinely rewarding. Furthermore, the groundskeepers deserve special recognition for their diligent work in maintaining the resort’s beautiful landscape. Despite its location in the city, the retreat’s gardens are a serene masterpiece, filled with lush greenery that allows one to forget the urban surroundings. At night, the gentle sounds of nature, combined with the occasional sighting of snails and frogs, enhanced the enchanting atmosphere. Positioned on a hill, the retreat also provides breathtaking views of the city below—an experience that is truly magical. I wholeheartedly recommend Senna Wellness Retreat to anyone seeking a sanctuary of wellness and exceptional service. I eagerly anticipate my next visit, confident that another extraordinary experience awaits us.

Hello everyone! Initially, I was quite intrigued by the name Senna_ featuring my own name there. Upon arrival at the hotel gate, I felt somewhat disappointed. However, the security guard came out and asked, "Is Sen, who booked the room, here to check in?" I was quite surprised, as I am a seasoned hotel room salesperson. It was the first time someone had asked me that upon my arrival at a hotel. It shows that you have received very detailed notifications from the departments. When I saw that the gate was somewhat small, it felt odd. But as we drove higher and higher, there were delightful surprises - the reception hall is quite large and spacious, and notably adorned with a picture of a Lotus flower ;)- Afterward, my family and I were escorted back to our room by the bellmen in an electric car, with detailed instructions. Another plus point - 5 minutes later, a housekeeper added me as a Zalo friend and provided detailed instructions via text message once again;...- The room space is notably quiet and secluded, ideal for a family vacation. In the room, there are basins and salt for foot baths... I quite liked this....- Breakfast here is delightful: beef pho, fried rice,... and the utensils like cups, spoons, bowls, all appear elegant and beautiful..... I truly appreciate every minute detail here => very refined and meticulously chosen- Following that, my child can explore the play area, warm water bath... I found the vacation experience very engaging, feeling the sophistication of the investor in every detail here.... This is a resort in the heart of BN city, very convenient for travel, not too far away. I discovered the hotel a bit late. If I had known earlier, I could have brought my biological father here sooner so he could recuperate when he was seriously ill. Thank you, Senna, for providing me with such enjoyable experiences. My family and I will definitely return!

I had an amazing experience at Senna - Da Lat amidst Bac Ninh. The rooms were spacious, the food was extremely delicious, and the Spa was delightful. The air at Senna was refreshing and clean. Especially noteworthy was the highly professional staff. I plan to return to Senna very soon.

After exploring the entirety of Senna Retreat, I am highly impressed by its convenient location. The Wellness services here are exceptionally upscale, featuring a salt electrolysis heated pool that ensures utmost cleanliness and warm water suitable for swimming regardless of the weather. The modern gym is fully equipped, and Moc restaurant stands out for its delicious cuisine, particularly the Bac Ninh specialty buffalo meat. The accommodations are modern, pristine, and equipped with luxurious amenities that leave nothing to be desired. Above all, Senna Retreat boasts a top-notch team of staff, led by Ms. Tam Chi, the sales manager, Ms. Le, the sales staff, Ms. Trang, the receptionist, and many other dedicated personnel who strive daily to deliver premium service to guests. My family and I will definitely return for a few more nights to enjoy this exceptional experience.

Our stay at Senna Wellness Retreat Bac Ninh was truly remarkable. Within just 24 hours, my husband and I experienced a rejuvenating escape at Senna. As we passed through the entrance gate, we were immediately struck by the sensation of ascending a hill amidst the city of Bac Ninh—a surprising urban oasis. The retreat, nestled on a private hill, exudes tranquility and peace. Throughout the day, the melodious chirping of birds filled the air, resonating through Senna's lush gardens. The staff members at Senna deserve a perfect 10/10 rating for their exceptional professionalism. From the bellmen to the receptionists, security personnel to spa therapists, restaurant and gym staff, and even the nutritionist, Dr. Gintu (apologies if misspelled), everyone greeted us with warmth and efficiency. They were attentive without being intrusive, always mindful of our needs and desires. The yoga session was outstanding, led by a passionate instructor who not only guided us through rejuvenating yoga poses but also imparted wisdom on the importance of breath in human health. Following this, we indulged in one of the best full-body spa massages we've ever experienced, courtesy of skilled masseuses who meticulously attended to every detail of pressure and technique. The 60-minute session left us feeling utterly relaxed and rejuvenated.

Soul healing truly after this family vacation, which I can send my kids for a while and enjoy my spa treatment. Room is nice and food is impressive too. My kids love heated pool and kid club the most, while my 2 moms love sound bathing the most. It s so special that we also met some pets in resort
