The most awful experience in my life! I lived there for 2 months and these 2 months were the worst in my life. The management, cleaning service and the attitude! Don’t even get closer to this place because eventually the manager will bring the police after she pay them and she’ll kick you out even tho you have a contract!!!

Đó là một điểm rất sang trọng (hơi khó khăn vì tất cả các nhà máy đều bằng nhựa) nhưng đó là một sự phá cách mới mẻ từ các khách sạn khác ở TP HCM.

The room is okay, but the management will try to rip you off. There is no kettle or microwave. The pool is always dirty, sauna has been broken for months, no air con in the gym (and most of the machines there are broken). DO NOT STAY THERE, it’s not worth it

We stayed in Snow Garden hotel for 6 months, with and it states in the contract “This about rental fee includes fee of using water, internet, cable tv, management fee, basic housekeeping charge, fee for using swimming pool, gym, sauna”. (- in fact no sauna, a dead bird that was by the dirty pool for weeks and a gym with no AC). We deposited 14 mil, 6 months passed, we checked out, they said they’d give the deposit back within 7 days as they needed to check if there was any damage and deduct electricity costs. They recently got back to me and informed that 1,000,000 VND would be deducted for cleaning fee - “It took 2 days cleaning up all your apartment after you leaving. So that's the fee for cleaning services (especially the fridge and kitchen cabinet)”. I am not gonna lie and say that we left the place spotless, but we cleared everything apart from a few vegetables in the fridge and some tea stuff in one cupboard because we ran out of garbage bags and the truck arrived earlier than expected. Considering that it’s a hotel where cleaning is included and all extra work they needed to do is to toss out a few products from the kitchen, I find this situation extorting. There is nothing in the contract that would anyhow relate to additional cost of cleaning. I asked to explain where that number came from and if they would deduct it from a guest that stays in a hotel for a few nights and leaves some food in the fridge, but I’ve been ignored. The refuse to provide any documentation. I've got a few messages from former tenants complaining about this hotel and their other branch Tea Garden hotel. The staff doesn't care about customers, we had issues such a leaking air con and it took them several days to fix it. Not recommended

We arrived around 5pm in the early evening and the key had been left with the cafe downstairs. Not a problem. The problem was that the apartment was filthy and hadn’t received proper cleaning in what looked like weeks. Lots of marks, stains, dishes in the cupboard that hadn’t been washed up properly etc. There were ants everywhere. We tried contacting someone through 1 phone number we had but nobody picked up. We assumed the number was going through to the locked and empty office on the 1st floor up. Long story short, they did not come to clean the room until the next morning and we checked into another hotel for the night. They wouldn’t refund us even for the initial night which really dampened things even more so we just didn’t feel compelled or comfortable returning and never went back. Though they’re strong words I rarely like using, I have to say the staff just seemed incompetent and extremely uncaring. I’d recommend not staying here to avoid potential problems like us.
