The spa stands out for its affordability and frequent discounts. The swimming pool is attractively designed and impeccably maintained. The historic Old Town is just a 10-minute stroll away. The only downside is the somewhat repetitive breakfast menu and the slow hot water supply.

This review encompasses two main sections: reasons for awarding 5 stars and practical tips based on our recent stay. We were delighted to return to find ourselves upgraded to room 2512, a spacious accommodation in a familiar setting. As typical of many 4-star Vietnamese hotels, the staff exhibited exemplary courtesy, eagerness to assist, and a cheerful demeanor. One common misconception among guests is expecting 5-star amenities and service at a fraction of the cost, but it's truly the attentive staff that elevate the experience to a 5-star level. Engaging with the staff for restaurant recommendations and local tips proved invaluable, offering insights and conversations unique to the hotel experience. The rooms exude a rustic yet elegant Vietnamese charm, albeit slightly dated, they are well-maintained with everything in proper working order. If I were to nitpick, there is a slight morning odor when the ventilation fan runs, and my wife noted the early morning crowing of roosters, which fortunately wasn't a recurring issue. Regarding tips, opting for a room in the second building on a higher floor is advisable, avoiding the congestion often associated with tour groups staying in the main building. Additionally, breakfast service is busiest between 6:30 and 7:30, primarily due to departing tour groups; hence, arriving after 7:30 ensures a more relaxed dining experience.

The proximity to the old town was reasonable and the room conditions were good. The pool was spacious and deep, though breakfast was somewhat underwhelming. Nevertheless, I intend to revisit.

The resort is adorned beautifully with textiles and lanterns, creating a serene atmosphere. The spa's fragrance wafts delicately throughout the entire hotel, enhancing its calming ambiance. Situated conveniently, it offers a plethora of local dining options within a few kilometers from the city center. The bike rental service provided by the hotel made exploring effortless and enjoyable. The staff were exceptionally welcoming, genuine in their interactions, and fulfilled all my requirements with warmth and efficiency. This resort truly made my stay in Hoi An extraordinary. It was a really cool hotel. I traveled with my family, and everyone was satisfied. I want to visit again next time, and I want to recommend it to my friends. The swimming pool was so nice, and the restaurant and staff service were great accommodations.

The rooms are spacious, the pool is divine and the staff are really lovely - especially Pink! This was a great place to relax during the heat of the day before waking into the main area of Hội An for an evening of fun! I can highly recommend Hội A Central Boutique!

This hotel is definitely a hidden gem. My stay there was well worth the cost. The room was exceptionally clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and professional. Ms. Joy, in particular, provided excellent care. The location is so close the old town, minimarts, tailor shop, everything....

Find some hotel near old town center and this Hotel really actract me. Love this Hoi An vibe of this hotel, large pool, delicious breakfast. The receptionist is really nice and friendly, they had gave us a great support after in our vacation.
